At Revel Bikes, we stand behind our craftsmanship and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery for all unused items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our rider support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our mechanics inspect the returned gear to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
